We use salt harvested off of the Pacific Coast in this caramel sauce, and we use just enough to give way to saltiness, but not overpowered by it. We use organic dairy from WA state farms and as always, this sauce is made with human arms, dry-burned over a copper pot.
Pour over ice cream, add a spoonful to a latte, or drizzle over a slice of pie!
